Nokia conversations discontinued

Following press reports, EKINOPS (Euronext Paris – FR0011466069 – EKI) had announced on 18 October, 2018, that preliminary discussions with Nokia Corporation had been initiated regarding a possible acquisition of Alcatel Submarine Networks (ASN).

Since that date, EKINOPS has continued to investigate the possible acquisition of ASN and has discussed potential deal terms with Nokia.

However, no agreement has been reached with Nokia and the discussions have now been discontinued.
